As of December 2008, all Tyson Foods facilities in the United States and Mexico have implemented Environmental, Health, and Safety Management Systems. The environmental portion of this system fulfills the requirements set forth in International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 14001. We believe the implementation of this system is fundamental to successful, proactive environmental management. Additionally, we believe our management system will help ensure the sustainable future of our company, the environment, and our natural resources.
